In the event of non-compliance with any of those terms and conditions, the department reserves all its rights. Ajman courts shall have jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising in this respect.

Except as set out in the Policy of Refund below, the department shall not be responsible of any failure of the hardware or software whatsoever the cause or due to the connections or incomplete or delayed or incorrect transmission. The department shall not also be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from visiting or using the department’s website or because of the non-performance of services or loss of payment as a result of computer virus. Moreover, the department shall not be responsible of any damage whatsoever arising from the use of the materials contained in the website.

The user shall protect the department from any obligation (including the legal costs) due to the non-compliance by the user with those terms and conditions as regards: (1) utilization by the user of this website for the direct provision of the services through the internet, (2) utilization of the same by any third party using any of the user’s information for such purpose such as the user’s password, (3) non-compliance by the user with the any of the aforementioned conditions , (4) contravention by any third party visiting the website of any of those conditions by use of such information such as the user’s password. Provided that no access to the personal information will be available to anybody except the competent staff of the department.
