shall not also be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from

services or loss of payment as a result of computer virus. Moreover, the
department shall not be responsible of any damage whatsoever arising from the
use of the materials contained in the website.
The user
shall protect the department from any obligation (including the legal costs)
due to the non-compliance by the user with those terms and conditions as
regards: (1) utilization by the user of this website for the direct provision
of the services through the internet, (2) utilization of the same by any third
party using any of the user’s information for such purpose such as the user’s
password, (3) non-compliance by the user with the any of the aforementioned
conditions , (4) contravention by any third party visiting the website of any
of those conditions by use of such information such as the user’s password.
Provided that no access to the personal information will be available to
anybody except the competent staff of the department.
